Return & Refund Policy – Shrevati Enterprise

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://shrevati.com/ (“Website”) and is operated by Shrevati Enterprise, managed by Dhurka Shrenik Mansukhabhai (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Skin reaction or allergy
Incorrect product selection by customer
Dissatisfaction with product
Minor packaging differences
Delay in delivery

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy (Duplicate Transaction Only)

Refunds will be issued ONLY in the following case:

If a customer is charged twice for the same order due to a technical error or payment gateway issue:
The matter will be verified with the payment provider.

Upon successful verification, the extra amount will be refunded.
Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
Refund timeline: Refunds will by credited within 7 business days after approval.
No other refund requests will be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

4. Limitation of Liability
Shrevati Enterprise shall not be responsible for:
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
Customer dissatisfaction
Courier delays
Incorrect address provided by customer
