1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to almost all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders.

At present, we do not offer international shipping through our website.

2. Shipping Charges

To make our professional products accessible, we follow a transparent shipping fee structure:

  • Orders above ₹699: FREE shipping across India
  • Orders below ₹699: Flat shipping fee of ₹99
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling charge of ₹80 on all COD orders, irrespective of order value

All applicable charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you on your registered mobile number to confirm the order. If we are unable to reach you within 8 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote & Northeast Locations: Delivery may take 7 to 10 business days for certain remote areas.
  • Uncontrollable Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS, including a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Protocol

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping fee may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Package Inspection: Please do not accept any package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.

7. Address Changes

Shipping address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a new address. Please contact our support team immediately for any corrections.
